Denise is Senior Consultant of Leader Associates. She specializes in searching middle to senior level executives in Sales & Marketing, R&D, Technical Support, HR, Finance, Purchasing and Operations mainly in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Automation industries.
Prior to joining Leader Associates, Denise worked in several multinational companies for over 10years in plant operation roles including Atlas Copco, where she equipped herself with deep understanding of different functions and position requirements and with good skill of candidate assessment.
Denise is known for her intense passion for work, great efficiency in search assignment execution, strong communication skill and high assignment completion rate.
She earned her MBA from Southeast University and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.
